DAY 1
Airport ( Athens ,Thessaloniki or Volos ) - Vizitsa
Total time : From Athens 5-6 hrs, from Thessaloniki 3 - 4 hrs, from Nea Anhialos 1,5 - 2 hrs
DAY 2
Vizitsa - Kala Nera - Vizitsa
Altitude : 500 - 0 - 500 meters
Trekking time: 4 - 5 hrs. Total time: 7 - 8 hrs
DAY 3
Vizitsa - Damouhari
Altitude: 500 - 360 - 800 - 0 meters
Trekking time: 5 - 6 hrs. Total time: 8 - 9 hrs
DAY 4
Damouhari - Fakistra - Damouhari
Altitude : 0 - 150 - 0 meters
Trekking time : 3 - 4 Total time : 7 - 8
DAY 5
Damouhari - Agios Ioannis - Kissos - Hania
Altitude: 0 - 1200 meters
Trekking time: 6 - 7 hrs. Total time: 8 - 9 hrs
DAY 6
Hania - Zagora - Xorefto - Hania
Altitude: 1200 - 0 - 1200 meters
Trekking time: 4 - 5 hrs. Total time: 8 - 9 hrs
DAY 7
Hania - Makrinitsa
Altitude: 1200 - 600 meters
Trekking time: 3 - 4 hrs. Total time: 4 - 5 hrs

Makrinitsa - Airport( Athens ,Thessaloniki or Volos )
Total time : To Athens 4 - 5 hrs, to Thessaloniki 3 - 4 hrs, to Nea Achialos 1 - 1,5 hrs

Refuge - Tsepelovo
